Board Meetings

The Eden Prairie Fastpitch Association is an all-volunteer non-profit organization. Board members are parents of players, and have a critical role in determining the future and direction of our fastpitch softball program. New board members are elected to three-year terms by the current board, during our November Board Meeting. Board members often work together in one or more committees that control different aspects of our softball operations. While we always welcome parents to attend and participate in our Board meetings (providing feedback and sharing their experiences), only Board members can cast votes that add or change matters affecting our softball program. 

The EP Fastpitch Board Meetings are conducted at 

• Eden Prairie Community Center, Aquatics Room (south of the main entrance)
  • ​16700 Valley View Road, Eden Prairie

We meet at 6:30 pm, the 3rd Monday of every month with varying exceptions (many of our board members are coaches). If you are interested in participating in our Board meetings, please attend. If you have a topic to discuss during the Board meeting, please contact us ( ) and we'll put you in touch with our Board President about adding it to our Meeting Agenda.

All EPFA board meetings are open to the public, and board members are expected to attend each meeting. If you are a board member and are unable to attend, please notify the President (and/or Vice President) prior to the meeting.

Each November meeting, the EPFA conducts elections for new board members.
