What is SCRIP?
SCRIP is a vendor rebate program used by schools, sport clubs, churches and other non-profit organizations to raise money using merchant certificates. SCRIP offers your family the opportunity to purchase gift cards for things you use every day like gas, clothing, groceries and dining. Retailers that participate in the SCRIP program reward your loyalty to their stores by providing a rebate to your organization per their defined agreement.

There is a detailed user guide available that provided detailed instructions on using the site (Family User Guide: link).

A short YouTube video about SCRIP Fundraising can be viewed here.

Who can buy SCRIP?
All EP Fastpitch families are welcome to purchase SCRIP. Please don't be offended if we call to verify your identity. SCRIP programs are subject to fraud and we need to be careful.

Is there a cost to participate?
No. There are absolutely no costs to participate. Participation in the SCRIP program is completely voluntary and simply requires preplanning to purchase the gift cards you need.

How do I enroll in the EP Fastpitch SCRIP Program?
There are three main steps that must be completed prior to your first order:

  1. You must first create an online account with the shopwithscrip website.
    • Start at this webpage to enroll: link.
      • Enter EP Fastpitch’s enrollment code: 98C2942955836
    • Create a username and add profile information.
  2. All payments must be made through Great Lakes Scrip Center's PrestoPay feature. The PrestoPay registration process is a multi-step process that takes 2-3 days to complete, so be sure to get registered several days before you wish to participate.

PrestoPay setup must be fully completed before placing an order. If the PrestoPay option is not available to them at the time they are placing their order, they need to cancel out and wait. Any orders placed before PrestoPay setup is complete will be cancelled as there is no way to change the payment type after the order is placed.

A short YouTubevideo about PrestoPay can be viewed here.
  3. Upon enrollment, EP Fastpitch requires that each scrip account or card issued have a completed Scrip Program Agreement (download here) and Program Pick-Up Waiver Form (download here) on file.

If you have enrollment questions or have completed Scrip Program Agreement and PickUp Waiver forms ready, they may be submitted via email to the fundraising coordinator at  . Failure to submit these documents will result in exclusion from the scrip program.
