This year we will be monitoring participation and changing sessions/locations as necessary. There will be sign up genius sessions created as some require space limitations. Please keep checking back for new clinic offerings. Pitching, Catching, Conditioning, Development for 6U & 8U, Defense and Hitting.

PITCHERS CLINIC
DESCRIPTION: If you are interested in becoming a fastpitch pitcher, or becoming a better one, then the EPFA Pitching Clinics will help you achieve your goals. Girls will be organized by age division to allow for more focused instruction. These sessions include instruction by former collegiate pitchers, which lead to proper mechanics, speed, and accuracy.

All pitchers must provide someone to catch their pitches.
Parent tip: bring a 5-gallon bucket to sit on; your back and knees will thank you!

CATCHERS CLINIC
DESCRIPTION: If you are interested in learning to become a catcher, or becoming a better one, the EPFA Catching Clinics will help get you there. These sessions include instruction from former collegiate catchers on the key fundamentals of receiving, blocking, throwing and will also focus on conditioning drills specifically designed for the catcher. If you are a catcher but have never received any formal training, this clinic is a must. If you are a seasoned catcher, this will reinforce the fundamentals and take your catching skills to next level.
